As Managing Director, Amir Nourbakhsh is responsible for providing the support and training to our agents that ensures every Metropolitan Commercial client receives the highest level of commercial real estate advisory services possible.Amir also specializes in the sale and lease of retail and mixed-use properties in Toronto. He works with a variety of clients, from publicly traded companies to condo developers to not-for-profit organizations, to maximize the value of their real estate holdings. His business is founded on the principles of integrity, discipline, and quality of service.Amir holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, an EMBA from the University of St Gallen in Switzerland, and a BA in Political Science and History from Mc Gill University.
